School's here and 2011 has been great so far :)
Mimi, Mel, Nick, and I went out today! First stop- SUBWAY:
That was a lunch to remember..
.. especially when we were dining, dressed to the nines-- in our latest collectibles!
Thrills us all to bits when we have these on!
.. even Chloe!! teeheehee..
2nd stop-- Stationery shopping at Prologue, Ion Orchard! Mimi and I grabbed some great buys and matching pencils :)
Last night Mel and I went out in search for the most perfect pair of shoes for school.. but yesterday being the 2nd day of the Chinese New Year, most of the shops were closed! So off to Ikea we went, and back we came with a tea set :)

Band Fest, Swensens, Ben's Grad Night!
The past week has been a busy one. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
First off, The Junior College and Polytechnic Band Festival 2010:

Aby and I, after the concert! For this festival, we were separated! Aby was in the Holst Band while i was in Wagner! Well, hopefully next year we'll be able to play in the same band :)
i must say how a meal at swensens could end off the week in the most splendid way.. especially with my two favourite playmates, Mimi and Nick!

The result of too much ice-cream. imagine 3 extremely full kids sharing 4 gigantic servings of Sundaes. O.O
guess what happens next?
..ending up with chocolate on your nose! and it only gets better!
"Hand me those serviettes! WHAT? NO MORE? aahhh" *rummages through his bag in search for a lifesaver (by now, the chocolate was dripping down his nose;) )* fortunately, mimi came to the rescue with her wet wipes!
Then came the day of Ben's Graduation ;)
My Big Brother Ben looks grand in his suit!

December the first!
December has come..finally!! Our pal from Sweden has settled nicely in a corner of our home by the piano, surrounded by the christmas-y train set, and remains anxious to get dressed! here she is:
just a few nights ago, mimi and i were enthralled by the grace and virtuosity of Emmanuel Pahud, principal flautist of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra! not only that, he was stunning.. looks-wise and playing-wise.
and here i am, with Emmanuel Pahud.. all smiles!
the original plan.. and the most ideal picture... would be of mimi and i flanking his sides.. but that was not to be when the warden refused to help us take a picture. then mimi, ever the angel, made the hugest sacrifice any sister could ever do.. >.< ohmygosh i just LOVE MIMI!! <3
so by the end of the night, we had two autographed CDs, the picture, truckloads of fun, and a reallly happy Kim:) as for mimi.. she has moved on in her search for the perfectly good-looking guy.. currently, it's been the hong kong actor in the 7 o'clock show, or believe it or not.. Mr Shokubutsu (Elvin Ng)

Almost the end!
Well, I tried having an early night. The house was so quiet, maybe that was because mel wasn't home yet. So I decided to stop figuring out my chemistry qn and catch up on some extra hours of sleep which I greatly lack!! *drama,drama* ok. Truth be told, I enjoy excess sleep compared to my siblings. I'm usually the first to bed :)
So just as I typed that, I realized why I'm still wide awake listening to 92.4 in our room. Pfft. PYCNO!? I just finished an entire bottle of it before attempting to sleep! Aah. No wonder. That energy giver seems to mainly work at night! I remember the first time I drank Pycno was also at night. And I was wide awake till 2am! Gaah.
Ooh;) mel just stepped out of the washroom!
Hmm, right. Not to get distracted- the title of this blog post is almost the end.. Of the 'o's that is! I've just 2 more papers to complete:) chemistry mcq and biology mcq! "It's been a rough climb, a journey never to be forgotten." Oh my, cheesy cheesy cheesy. That was totally inspired by all the motivational talks school puts us through. Aah. What rubbish. 'o's is just an exam you sit for to find out how much exactly you've learnt in your 10 years of s'pore education. Haha, it's a huge pain in the ass anyhow! It's like studying like you've never studied before. Gosh.
Well I have stuff to look forward to after my 'o's! It really helps that Christmas is in December too! (don't you just love Christmas!? Hee..)
Mommie said we'll go christmas tree shopping the moment I complete my last paper.. On Monday, 15th nov at 3pm <3
Then there's movie night to anticipate too! Mimi and I have been talking. *on our daily night walks with Chloe, that is. Hahah. We have a plan to borrow all sorts of movies- classics, chick flicks, musicals and more! We'll laze on our cosy couch and enjoy! I love our couch.. My ass has been deprived of it since.. since.. I've forgotten when!
Oh, also, Nick has procured R.R.R! Yipeeeee. Watch out for more dancing, swinging, yelping in glee and more!
Speak of the word- glee!! I have to catch up on Glee episodes!!
I will also help my mommie dearest with household chores :) I bought some lovely pink rubber gloves! That'd bring doing the dishes to a whole new level!!
Mel's doing her hair now:) and my eyes are starting to get strained.. I'm looking over to Mimi enjoying her cucumber-on-eye 'facial' as she calls it. Hmm. Now if only this app would allow me to upload photos, it'd be perfect.
